Systrarna Ericsson is a traditional patisserie which has been around since 1930 and is now situated in the shopping centre Gallerian in the heart of the city. It has its own bakery in the basement where everything is handmade using butter and love. The patisserie sells classics such as pies with custard, crispy Danish pastries, savoury pies and delicious prawn sandwiches.
